About the inspector:
Bev Buchanan has 20 years experience in construction as a carpenter and supervisor.
Bev has completed the rigorous requirements to become a full member of the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI) including two days of examinations. Bev has also graduated from the Advanced Inspection Training program at UCFV. Bev also attends seminars and workshops on a regular basis to stay in touch with the issues in the industry.
